Pricing FAQs

Are there any setup fees?

Cloud PBX plans have a one-time RM300 activation fee that includes remote setup and a training session. On-site setup is available at an additional service charge. SIP trunking installation starts from RM100 within the stated service areas.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment options include bank transfer, credit card and supported online payment methods. Credit terms for business customers are subject to approval.

Is there a minimum contract period?

Cloud PBX and SCALE subscriptions require a minimum 12-month term with advance payment.

What happens after 12 months?

The service may be renewed, upgraded or adjusted according to the available plans and your business requirements. Contact the sales team before renewal to review your options.

Are call rates to mobile and fixed lines different?

Rates may vary by destination and number type. Malaysia local and mobile call rates can start from RM0.08 per minute, subject to the selected plan and current rate schedule.

Can I keep my existing phone number?

Number porting may be available for eligible Malaysian numbers and is subject to provider approval and documentation requirements.

What is included in the monthly price?

Plan inclusions are listed in each pricing card. Additional charges may apply for activation, outbound usage, extra DIDs, recording capacity, on-site services and optional add-ons.
